Since the whole car will be stripped to bare metal, "Old Guy Scott" starts with the left rear quarter. This panel was filled with about a gallon of filler, over paint and all. "Old Guy Scott" pushed the metal back out. The next step was to heat shrink it back to the correct position. In the photo's you can see the amount and placing of these shrinks. Using lead, the light housing is fit to the quarter panel. After polyester primer fill, it was then block sanded to this perfect shape, check photo's.
